Rottingdean Parish Neighbourhood Plan
The report makes the following
recommendations:
The committee members agree:
1. To note and publish the independent examiners report on the
Rottingdean Neighbourhood Plan (RNP) .
2. To agree that the Plan be modified in part as set out in the
Appendix, according to the examiner's recommendations, following
discussion with Rottingdean Parish Council.
3. Agree the publication of the Decision Statement in the Appendix
and decide to progress the RNP as set out in the Appendix to
referendum.
