Emergency Amendment to the Council Tax Reduction Scheme
The BHCC Council Tax Reduction Scheme required
urgent amendment to avoid the increase the Working Tax Credit
having a negative impact on eligibility for increased Council Tax
Reduction discounts to be applied during the COVID-19 outbreak. The
report asks the full Council to note the Urgent decision taken by
the Acting Chief Finance Officer.
