Issue details - London Road Regeneration

An update on the proposals being developed by St. James' Investments for a scheme to regenerate London Road to the south and west of Preston Circus.

The matter has been deferred to enable future consideration of the options in line with the publication of the supplementary planning document for the London Road area.

Note: This report has been withdrawn from the plan as St. James’ Investments are no longer involved in the regeneration of London Road.  Officers will continue to consider options for the regeneration of the London Road and Preston Circus area with existing landowners and will bring forward a report at the appropriate time.
