Issue details - Third Sector Strategic Commissioning

This paper seeks approval from Members to review our Third Sector grant and commissioning arrangements. This work will be undertaken as part the Third Party Spend Value for Money work stream, with a view to combining the council’s various Third Sector investments into a new approach that is able to deliver both stronger outcomes and better value for money.
