Issue details - Strategic Risk Register Review & Risk MAP updates

The Audit & Standards Committtee have a role to monitor, and form an opinon, on the effectiveness of risk maangement and internal control. To enable the Committee to fulfil this role, this report presents the Strategic Risk Register which is reviewed every six months and all updated Risk Management Action Plans (risk MAPs) for each Strategic Risk.
