Low Emission Zone - Central Brighton

Report on work being carried out by bus companies and taxi licensing to reduce emissions. It recommends working with the Quality Bus Partnership to further improve bus emission standards and conducting local research for an evidence based approach to achieving emissions limits. The report recommends initially working with the Traffic Commissioner and Defra to create a bus based low emissions zone.
