Housing & Social Inclusion Performance Report Quarter 1 2012/13
This Housing & Social Inclusion
performance report covers Quarter 1 of the financial year 2012-2013
and follows the format for presenting information agreed at the
previous meetings. It incorporates the following changes suggested
at the last meeting: rent collection rate broken down by area,
further information on Notices of Seeking Possession and
information on arrears processes. Benchmarking information and year
end figures will be included in the year end report for
2012/13.
