New referral Process for Children in Need to Children's Social work
This policy covers new guidance for how
agencies make a referral to Children Social Work.
This policy does not change the arrangements for children if
it’s clear that the child has been serious harmed or is at
risk of being serious harmed.
The policy builds on the work of B&H Supporting Families
continuum of need guidance
The Policy advance the notion that needs of most children can be
met by universal level services so supporting Early Help to
children.
