East Sussex, South Downs, and Brighton & Hove Waste and Minerals Plan: Agreement of Proposed Main Modifications for Consultation
A public examination into the East Sussex, South Downs and Brighton & Hove Waste and Minerals Plan (WMP) is being held from the 18th to 28th September 2012. This report is to seek authority to consult on those proposed modifications that result in a major shift in policy of the WMP. Delegated authority to consult on minor modifications to policy was agreed at the meeting of this Committee on 12th July 2012. The requirement for this report will only be known during the examination period itself during September.
