A Waste and Minerals Plan is being prepared
jointly by the City Council, East Sussex County Council and the
South Downs National Park Authority. A public examination in front
of a planning inspector is planned for later in the year. Delegated
authority for City Council Officers to agree and consult on
modifications to policies during the course of the examination is
sought.
