Response to the consultation document from Department of Communities & Local Government: Council Housing – A real future
This report explains the governments proposals
set out in the consultation document Council Housing: a real
future. The consultation proposes the removal of the HRA subsidy
system by introducing self financing through debt redistribution
which will significantly alter the future HRA Business Plan and
Revenue Budgets. The report will include a draft response to the
consultation from Brighton & Hove Council.
