Minutes of the meeting held on 2 March 2017 (copy attached)

2.1       The Democratic Service Officer, Penny Jennings, explained that she had received prior notification of a proposed amendment to the minutes from Councillor Page who had requested that the reference to comments which he had made, set out at paragraph 28.12 of the minutes be amended to read as follows:

            “Licensing panels have an opportunity to consider harm to public health relating to alcohol, and should ensure they do so.”

2.2       RESOLVED – That the minutes of the Licensing Committee (Licensing Act 2003 Functions) Meeting held on 2 March 2017 be agreed and the Chair be authorised to sign them as a correct record subject to the amendment set out above.
