To approve as a correct record the minutes of (a) the Special Meeting held on the 16^th July and (b) the last ordinary Council meeting held on the 16^th July 2015 (copies attached).

32.1         The minutes of the Special meeting held on the 16^th July 2015 were approved and signed by the Mayor as a correct record of the proceedings;
