The Avenue Bride Club, Third Avenue, Hove, had its Licence granted by officers under delegated powers following the resolution made on 20 March 2008 that “the meeting be adjourned in order for the gambling commission to work with the applicants with regard to the redrafting of their constitution. Once that this had been done to the satisfaction of the Gambling Commission, that they would withdraw their representation and that it would be left for the authority to deal with the application under delegated powers.”
