The Chairman confirmed to the Committee that a Special Meeting of the Licensing Committee (Licensing Act 2003 Functions) would be held on Friday 18 July at 10am in the Council Chamber at Hove Town Hall. The reason for the Special Meeting was to hear a major application for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
