Decision:
(1) That the Cabinet Member for Environment approves the Trading Standards Service Enforcement Policy and agree to its implementation by all members of the team.
Minutes:
133.1 The Cabinet Member considered a report from the Director of Environment concerning approval of the Trading Standards Enforcement Policy (for copy see minute book).
133.2 RESOLVED - That having considered the information and the reasons set out in the report, the Cabinet Member accepted the following recommendation:
(1) That the Trading Standards Service Enforcement Policy be approved and its implementation by all members of the team be agreed.
