Minutes of the meeting held on 30 May 2012 (copy attached).

11.1    Councillor Meadows asked for an amendment to paragraph 9.3.  It should now read “Councillor Meadows stated that she was happy for the Statutory Directors to send a representative to advise the Board.” as long as they did not vote.         

11.2    RESOLVED: That the minutes of the meeting held on the 30^th May, 2012 be approved as a correct record of the proceedings and signed by the Chair subject to the amendment mentioned above.

13.1         Members considered the draft minutes from the 12 June 2012 Health and Wellbeing Overview and Scrutiny Committee.

13.2         RESOLVED that the minutes of the 12 June 2012 Health and Wellbeing Overview and Scrutiny Committee be approved and signed.
