RESOLVED - That the Committee notes the report.
Minutes:
63.1 The Committee considered a report of the Strategic Director, Resources updating Members on the work of the Civic Awareness Commission in accordance with its agreed terms of reference.
63.2 The Chairman reported that the Commission’s work was currently focussed on a number of upcoming anniversaries and celebrations taking place in the city. He confirmed that the Commission, chaired by Adam Trimingham, had working group status and that all political groups were represented.
63.3 Councillor Mears stated that the Commission was the appropriate body to assist in promoting the celebrations given its cross-party nature.
63.4 RESOLVED - That the Committee notes the report.
