Purpose:
This report seeks approval for proposals to
proceed with the development of an Energy and Water Plan for the
Greater Brighton region. This follows the decision by the Board at
its meeting on 25th April 2017 that an Energy and Water Plan for
the region would be prioritised for funding.
Decision:
1) That the Board approves the development of Greater Brighton Energy and Water Plans.
2) That the Board approves the delivery and governance proposals set out in paragraphs 3.16 to 3.20.
