Outline proposal of the Citywide programme for
wider use of 20mph speed restrictions.

2.1
That the Cabinet Member for Transport & Public Realm agrees the
principles of the proposed outline implementation programme (see
Appendix 1).
2.2 That the Cabinet Member for Transport & Public Realm grants permission to commence stakeholder and public consultation and preparatory research, surveys and street character assessments.
