Purpose:
As part of the Council’s future
development of Schools within the city it
is proposed to create an all through primary school from Benfield
Junior School by
extending the age range of the school from 7 – 11 as it is
now, to 4 – 11 from
September 2011. The purpose of this report is to provide the
Cabinet Member with sufficient information to be able to determine
the proposal.
Decision:
47.1 That the Cabinet Member confirms the statutory notice and resolves to change the age range and expand the premises of Benfield Junior School from September 2011.
