Notice of Deferral The item detailed below was listed in Edition 11 of the Forward Plan (April to July 2009) as coming to the Housing Cabinet Member Meeting on the 29th April for consideration, however due to the reasons listed under the item, it has been accepted by the Leader that it should be deferred until the 3rd June Housing Cabinet Member Meeting.
The need to defer the matter was only identified after Edition 12 of the Forward Plan (May to August 2009) was published and therefore had not been able to be included in that edition.
