• Councillor Kevin Allen - Personal and Prejudicial - Councillor Allen declared a personal and prejudicial interest in application BH2010/00060 and BH2010/00061, St Augustine’s Church, Stanford Avenue, Brighton arising from the fact that he had already expressed an opinion on the application and intended to speak in objection as Ward Councillor.
