 Declarations of interest for agenda item 'To consider and determine planning applications on the plans list; 25 November 2009'

• Councillor Lynda Hyde - Personal and Prejudicial - The Chairman declared a personal and prejudicial interest in relation to Applicaton BH2009/01845 Land Adjacent to 9 Challoners Close.on the previous occasion the application had been considered she had recently sold her previous home to one of the main objectors and had declared an interes. In order to be consistent she was declaring an interest in the same terms and would vacate the Chair and leave the meeting during its consideration and Councillor Wells, the Deputy Chairman would take the Chair during her absence.
• Councillor Paul Steedman - Personal and Prejudicial - Application BH2008/01052, 169 -174 Western Road. Although he remained of a neutral mind he was aware that his employer was a neighbouring objector and would therefore leave the meeting and take no part in the discussion or voting thereon.
