Issue details - Development of a Policy & Prospectus for Community and Third Sector Development 2014-2017

Communities & Equality team to develop a corporate policy on community and third sector development and an associated commissioning prospectus that brings together the range of outcomes and funding strands within the team and other partners/areas of the council - providing communities and the third sector with a coherent policy position from the council and a clear, transparent process by which to seek funding.
