This item is being withdrawn as the report was due to contain proposals for capital investment schemes to improve the facilities at Prince Regent Swimming Complex (PRSC) and Withdean Sports Complex (WSC). Following detailed financial appraisal, the proposal for PRSC is not viable. The proposal for WSC is viable and will be included as part of a separate report entitled Withdean Sports Complex Masterplan which will be going to Cabinet on 19th April 2012.
