Full Planning - Removal of external fire escape to rear, replacement of existing door with timber window to rear and infilling of door openings, replacement rooflights, formation of a parapet gutter and associated alterations.
RECOMMENDATION – GRANT
Minutes:
(1) A vote was taken and Members voted unanimously that planning permission be granted for the reasons set out in the report.
31.3 RESOLVED – That the Committee has tken into consideration and agrees with the reasons for the recommendation set out in section11 of the report and the policies and guidance in section 7 of the report and resolves to GRANT planning permission subject to the conditions and informatives set out in section 11 of the report.
