RECOMMENDATION - GRANT

Demolition of existing bungalow and construction of 2 semi-detached three bedroom chalet bungalows with rooflights, bin and cycle stores.(Part-retrospective).

(1)                   The Committee agreed to forego a presentation and move straight to the vote.

(2)                   A vote was taken and the Officer recommendation to grant planning permission was carried unanimously by the 12 Members of the Committee present.

177.8    RESOLVED - That the Committee has taken into consideration the recommendation and agrees with the reasons for the recommendation set out in section 11 and resolved to GRANT planning permission subject to conditions and informatives.
