Minutes:
26.1 The Panel considered a report of the Head of Regulatory Services requesting that they determine an application for a Personal Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
26.2 RESOLVED- That the application for a Personal Licence for the applicant be refused.
Note: The Lawyer informed the applicant that he would receive the decision in writing with appeal guidance attached.
