At the review of the licence for Cranbourne News, Cranbourne Street, Brighton, the Panel considered the application, relevant representation, and submissions of the responsible authorities and of the licence holder and his representative. The Panel decided that the only option necessary to uphold the licensing objectives in this case was to revoke the licence.

No Appeal had been received to date but it was noted that the applicant had 28 days to appeal the Panel’s decision.
