Issue - items at meetings - Environmental Health Enforcement Policy

Report of the Director of Environment (copy attached).

(1)       That the Cabinet Member for Environment approves the Environmental Health Enforcement Policy.

132.1         The Cabinet Member considered a report from the Director of Environment concerning approval of the council’s Environmental Health Enforcement Policy (for copy see minute book).

132.2         RESOLVED - That having considered the information and the reasons set out in the report, the Cabinet Member accepted the following recommendation:

(1)       That the Environmental Health Enforcement Policy be approved.
