Purpose:
1.1 To seek approval of the revised Local
Development Scheme (LDS). This is the three year work programme for
the Local Development Framework (LDF), which is the set of
documents that make up the development plan for Brighton &
Hove, covering the period from 2014 to 2017.
Decision:
RESOLVED – (1) That the Committee approves the revised Local Development Scheme 2014-2017; and
(2) That the Committee resolves that the scheme is to have effect from 19 June 2014.
