Purpose:
This report asks for approval to consult on a
draft planning brief prepared in respect of the former St Aubyns
School site. This draft brief sets out a framework of planning
guidance for the future redevelopment of this site and has been
prepared with the participation of Ward Councillors, Rottingdean
Parish Council and landowner.
Decision:
RESOLVED - That the Economic Development and Culture Committee approve the St Aubyns draft planning brief attached as Appendix 1 to the report for consultation with members of the public and other stakeholders.
